The high air flow ensures immediate suction of the escaping water so that repair work can be carried out without any problems. The rapid deployment of an RSP suction excavator minimizes repair times and therefore also the consequential costs.   <\/p><p>Whether insulation damage or faults in the connecting sleeves, the damaged areas can be probed very quickly and without damage using a suction excavator. The suction airflow itself poses no risk to underground cable systems. However, an explosive mixture of gases and ambient air only occurs between 4 and 16 percent gas content. Thanks to the high air flow rate of the suction excavator technology, the possibility of an explosive atmosphere forming is reduced to a minimum, enabling safe working even with leaking gas pipes.
