Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 garantit une s\u00e9paration par gravit\u00e9 maximale, une charge minimale du filtre et donc des performances d&rsquo;aspiration \u00e9lev\u00e9es et constantes. Avec ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9, le ventilateur g\u00e9n\u00e8re un flux d&rsquo;air pouvant atteindre 44.000 m\u00b3\/h et une d\u00e9pression maximale de 55.000 Pa. Le tuyau d&rsquo;aspiration peut \u00eatre d\u00e9plac\u00e9 hydrauliquement en trois dimensions par le biais du support. Dans la zone de la couronne d&rsquo;aspiration, le mat\u00e9riau est entra\u00een\u00e9 par le flux d&rsquo;air. Tous les fluides peuvent \u00eatre aspir\u00e9s, les particules solides jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une taille de 250 mm. Dans la chambre de collecte, toutes les particules essentielles se d\u00e9posent en raison de la stabilisation de l&rsquo;air et de la rotation.      <\/p><p>Le flux d&rsquo;air est encore nettoy\u00e9 et s\u00e9ch\u00e9 via la chambre de s\u00e9paration. La position du collecteur garantit une charge optimale des essieux du v\u00e9hicule. Les derni\u00e8res poussi\u00e8res sont absorb\u00e9es par l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de filtrage ultrafin. L&rsquo;air purifi\u00e9 est expuls\u00e9 vers le haut sur une grande surface via une unit\u00e9 d&rsquo;insonorisation. Le nettoyage des filtres ultrafins est effectu\u00e9 par de l&rsquo;air comprim\u00e9. Lors de l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration de vidange lat\u00e9rale, les chambres de s\u00e9paration et les filtres ultrafins sont vid\u00e9s en plus de la chambre de collecte. Les forces centrifuges qui agissent sur les particules les acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent radialement vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Sur la paroi ext\u00e9rieure, les particules pr\u00e9sentes dans le flux d&rsquo;air perdent leur \u00e9nergie cin\u00e9tique par frottement et tombent vers le bas dans la zone de collecte.
